A tangy curry sauce made with vinegar and red chilies.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, onions, water, sunflower oil, lemon, garlic, ginger, salt, coriander, corn flour, chillies, cane sugar, mustard, Kashmiri garam masala, coriander seeds, black pepper, cumin, turmeric powder, cardamom

Cooking Instructions:
1. Saute protein/ vegetable of choice in 1-2 tbsp of oil. Add water (as required) and cook until protein is nearly cooked.
2. Add the contents of this pack to the pan along with 100ml of water. Stir well.
3. Simmer over a medium flame for 8-10 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved.
