What is the return and exchange policy?
At Real Food, we believe in making sure our customers are more than satisfied with their purchase. If there is anything you feel is not right with your purchase, we will gladly replace it for you.
Product Eligibility
Any product that may not taste right or have a problem of any sort (e.g. defects, something foreign) can be brought to the store for exchange or refund.

Please bring the prooduct/s you wish to return/exchange along with the proof of purchase. Return or exchange of item is only allowed if product eligibility stated above is met.

How will I get my refund?
For online orders, refund will be credited to your account for unfulfilled items.
If the order is paid via credit card, refund will be credited back to your account on the same day but may vary depending on the policy of your card provider.
if the order is paid via QR PH, refund processing shall be done manually and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Same day delivery is applicable in Metro Manila areas only and for orders placed before 5:00PM. Please note that SDD is subject to stocks availability.
Provincial Delivery
We ship nationwide via 2GO Express. Delivery lead time varies depending on location - if categorized under Serviceable Area (SA) or Out of Town Delivery (OTD) Area.
Serviceable Area (SA)
We ship nationwide via 2GO Express. Delivery lead time for serviceable areas are as follows:
LUZON - 2 days
VISAYAS - 6 to 10 days
MINDANAO - 7 to 9 days
Out of Town Delivery Area (OTD)
We ship nationwide via 2GO Express. Delivery lead time for out-of-town delivery area are as follows:
LUZON - 3 to 11 days

How much does shipping cost?
Our standard delivery fee for Metro Manila area is Php 150.
Delivery to provincial areas is available via 2GO Express, with shipping rates starting at ₱170 for serviceable locations. Additional charges may apply for out-of-town or remote areas. Shipping fees are calculated separately from your order total and are based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. We charge only the actual shipping cost quoted by our courier—no additional handling or markup fees are added.
