A robust lentil stew cooked with onions and garlic, flavored with a generous tempering of spices.
Ingredients: Water, red gram dal/ pigeon pea/ arhar, red lentils/ masoor dal, split bengal gram/ chana dal, onion, tomato, garlic, sunflower oil, salt, green chili, ginger, cumin, turmeric, coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions:
1. Cut open pouch. Empty pouch into saucepan. Heat for 3-5 minutes on stovetop.
2. Immerse sealed pouch in boiling water on stovetop for 5 minutes.
3. Cut open pouch. Empty pouch into microwaveable bowl. Cover loosely. Heat on high for 1-2 minutes or until hot. Do not microwave pouch.
