How To Use: Soak 1 tsp of chia seeds in your choice of liquid for 5 minutes for the seeds to bloom into a gel-like consistency. You may also mix in chia seeds to your smoothies after blending for a thicker consistency. For baking, use 1 tbsp chia with 3 tbsp water to replace 1 egg.
