Hajime Matcha – 1st Harvest Ceremonial Grade is a premium Japanese matcha made from Gokou tea leaves harvested during the first harvest season in Kyoto’s Uji region. It has a vibrant green color and a naturally smooth, rich umami flavor with a subtle grassy note and mild bitterness—delicious even without sweetener.
