BIOHogs – Smoked Bacon
Bacon is salt-cured pork from a pig's belly or back. Bacon is a staple in most Western breakfasts.
Ingredients: Organically raised pork, sea salt, brown sugar, maple syrup, herbs
Size: 200 g
1. Place the bacon strips on a cold frying pan.
2. Cook the bacon strips slowly on low heat. No need to add oil.
3. Use a tong to turn the bacon strips until they turn light brown.
4. Let the cooked bacon strips drain.
