Shirataki noodles are essentially carb-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free, and low in calories - yet with a fair amount of fiber and traces of calcium and iron.
Ingredients: Konnyaku/ konjac (glucomannan), distilled water, calcium hydroxide
Size: 200 g
1. Drain all water from the noodles.
2. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
3. After draining, dry fry into a non-stick pan at low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until they become firm to the touch.
4. Toss the noodles into your prepared sauce.
