A classic blend of spices in a smooth, tomato-onion base.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, coconut, onions, water, sunflower oil, cashew nuts, ginger, garlic, corn flour, salt, cane sugar, chillies, fenugreek, Kashmiri garam masala, turmeric powder, cloves, cardamom

Cooking Instructions:
1. Saute protein/ vegetable of choice in 1-2 tbsp of oil. Add water (approximately 100ml) and cook until protein is nearly cooked.
2. Add the contents of this pack to the pan along with 50ml of water. Stir well.
3. Simmer over a medium flame for 8-10 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved.
