Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan and add contents.
2. Add 50ml water and stir well. Bring to a boil and add protein/ vegetable of choice.
3. Cook for 3-5 minutes over a medium flame.
4. Cover the saucepan with a lid and let stand for 6-8 minutes.
