Ingredients: Red/ white beans, eggplant, onion, garlic, gluten free oat flour, chickpea flour, organic coconut sugar, organic coconut liquid aminos, garlic granules, onion granules, organic sea salt, herbs and spices
1. Cut a portion of the block and cook in a bit of oil while breaking into pieces to resemble ground beef.
2. Cook until crispy and dark brown.
3. Use as a topping for pasta, nachos, tacos, etc.
