Ingredients: Red/ white beans, eggplant, onion, garlic, gluten free oat flour, chickpea flour, organic coconut sugar, organic coconut liquid aminos, garlic granules, onion granules, organic sea salt, herbs and spices

1. Heat a bit of oil in a non-stick pan. Bean sausage can also be cooked on the grill.
2. Cook until crispy and dark brown.
3. This is best eaten with gluten free bread, rice, or as a topping for pizza and pasta.
