Ingredients: Echinacea purpurea herb, lemon balm leaves, olive leaf, elderflower, lemon peel, elderberries, goldenseal herb, ginger root
Size: 8 tea bags
1. In a teacup or small teapot with infuser, put 1 or 2 teaspoons of the botanical blend. Add more for a stronger cup.
2. Pour 250mL of freshly boiled water and infuse for 3 to 4 minutes. To make a liter, put 4 to 8 teaspoons.
3. Strain the botanicals from the water and set aside.
