Raised in the Rock Fin Fish Farm in Calatagan, Batangas. Palm sized baby bangus, marinated in all natural spices and partially sun dried for crispness. Just fry to a crisp and bite through the bones.
Ingredients: Bangus, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper
Size: 5-10 pieces per pack
Cooking instructions: Heat oil for about 2 minutes then fry skin side first before flipping over. Fry to a crisp until golden brown.
