You don't have to give up hefty burgers when you're vegan.
Ingredients: Jackfruit, beets, seitan (vital wheat gluten flour, garbanzo flour, tomato paste, salt, spices, olive oil), tofu, flour, garbanzos, olive/ coconut oil, salt, spices
Size: 200 g/ 2 patties
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium heat.
2. Cook burger for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
3. Cook to an internal temperature of 75 degrees Celsius.
