A savoury curry sauce made with tomatoes, onions and blend of flavourful spices.
Ingredients: Water, tomatoes, onions, sunflower oil, coconut, tamarind, salt, coriander, ginger, corn flour, chillies, garlic, cumin, chickpeas, Kashmiri garam masala, mustard, black gram, fenugreek, turmeric powder, curry leaves

Cooking Instructions:
1. Saute protein/ vegetable of choice in 1-2 tbsp of oil. Add water (as required) and cook until protein is tender.
2. Add the contents of this pack to the pan along with 100ml of water. Stir well.
3. Simmer over a medium flame for 8-10 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved.
