Japanese dry shirataki made from konjac yam. Perfect rice substitute that is lower-calorie, lower-carbohydrate, and high-fiber with the same taste and texture as real rice.
Ingredients: Konjac flour, tapioca starch, water
Size: 80 g
1. Cook just like regular rice with 1:1 ratio.
2. Simmer in a heavy saucepan or rice cooker of lightly salted water for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
3. Remove from heat and leave for another 10 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
